House Rules

Paradise Sun Apartments is located in an upmarket secure estate, offering safe, secure and attractive surroundings to residents and guests alike. In order to maintain such a pleasant environment and an atmosphere of respect to all residents, neighbours and guests, Paradise Beach Home Owners Association has developed a set of policies and procedures by which all residents and guests alike have to abide.

 

The Paradise Sun Apartments House Rules below has been compiled to ensure compliance with the Paradise Beach Home Owners Association policies and procedures;                          

1. The maximum number of guests allowed per booking is 6 persons;

2. The booking is on a self-catering, self-cleaning basis;

3. Maximum number of vehicles per booking is 2;

4. Kindly observe the maximum vehicle speed limit applicable in the Estate;

5. No smoking, except on open balconies. Ashtrays are provided on the main balcony;

6. No pets allowed;

7. No parties, excessive noise, or loud music allowed on Sundays; after 10 pm Mondays to Fridays, and after 11 pm on Saturdays;

8. National ID document must be produced on check-in. A copy will be retained for record purposes;

9. Furniture should not be moved as it may cause damage to the porcelain floor tiles;

10. Swimming pool

     a) No diving allowed;

     b) Children only allowed in the pool under adult supervision;

     c) The swimming pool pump and vacuum is set to operate for 1 hour shortly before noon every day;

11. The indoor fireplace safety screen must be positioned every time the fireplace is used;

9. Umbrellas on the balcony to be lowered during high wind conditions and removed to storage after

    sunset;

10. Ensure gas cylinder valves are properly closed after using gas braai / barbecue facilities;

11. Kindly report all breakages/malfunctions immediately to the host - guests may be held liable for any damage caused.

12. Estate speed limit is 20 kph;

13. No walking on the dunes and protected areas;

14. Parking only in designated parking areas for guests - no street parking.
